Well, today we are talking about the journey, documenting the journey, the five pillars of health, taking control of your mindset. And, uh, it finally is here.
It's finally happened. I'm out here walking on the beach out here in Ventura, California. You might hear the waves crashing behind me. The water is a little chilly, but you get used to it. And, uh, uh, secrets of success has finally launched.
