We've got all kinds of crazy wonderful speakers. So Dan is the first time Dan's even hearing it too on the miracle planet podcast. Hey, Dan, take control of your health. I love it. I love it. Justin Goodwin. Good move to switch in midstream. Awesome. I mean, this is what we've talked about. We've talked about it for a few weeks now, but.
Mid January law, we kick off the year. Right. And we're all excited and, uh, you know, life gets in the way. And next thing you know, there's uh, oh, I got to take today off and I gotta take before, [00:05:00] you know what you're out of that routine and what a perfect time for this to get people. That little, that little energy, that bridge to get it from being an idea to a habit.
And that's what this is. That's why this, the timing of this is good. Now the name is perfect for it. And I mean, this is, this is great timing. You know, I want to say something to Justin. I would read on your Instagram posts the other day, something that really just grabbed hold of me. And I thought it was really appropriate that if you can improve just 1% a day, I love that quote that you had in there.
Just the goal is just to make your, just to make today 1% better than yesterday. I mean, Just tell everybody how far along there'll be by the end of the year. Absolutely. Well, a friend of mine, Doug wing actually posted that him and his dad owned little giant ladder. And, uh, the post was, I believe the guy's name was Tom Clark who wrote it.
And it was, if you improve 1% every day, just 1% better than you were yesterday, which is the only, the goal that I shoot for you will be 37 [00:06:00] times. The person that you were when you started. So if you can just make one incremental, uh, you know, level up. So if you just do one more thing today than you did yesterday, or you, you, if you ran on your, on your treadmill for 20 minutes, you ran on your treadmill for 21 minutes.
But if you just do those little increments and you add it up at the end of the year, which we know you love to add up numbers at the end of the year, You will be literally 30 times, seven 30 times 37 X yourself by December 31st, 2022. That is amazing. That is, and you know what this take control of your health summit will w there'll be hundreds of things you can do to improve, to add to that 1% that each day.
So that's why I think like overall, this is such a good time. It's a great, massive step for everybody. And. Yeah, we've been coming off a couple of tough years. There's nothing more important than taking care of yourself, your health. And I think people are just realizing that more and more, and [00:07:00] this was a great idea and I'm glad, I'm glad we're, we're driving forward and getting this done.

And I, I want to have someone that really kicks off the day and I said, you would be perfect.
And he reaches back out and he's like, oh my God, this is crazy. He goes, I just did it. Uh, a two hour talk on health and wellness, cause he's always being paid to speak all over the place and he's like, there's, you know, everything happens for a reason. And they were able to discover, um, that, you know, Matt's wife is such a beautiful artist and painter that they, they started teaching classes online and just the real simple, organic thing. Cause she was painting all the time, getting paid, you know, millions of dollars to pay. But then she just always, she just felt like she was just, you know, working, working, working, and she wasn't really giving back.
And so they just decided to start teaching these, you know, stay at home grandmas, how to cause they said, oh, I just dabble. And so they started teaching them how to paint and took him to digital classes online. And then they'd just, just do this incorrect. Community. So we're going to have them speak about [00:10:00] mental health and staying active and doing things and hobbies and things that can actually keep your mind sharp and make sure that you're doing things.
So I'm so excited to have them also on the mindfulness. We're going to have Laura singer. Laura singer is actually works with a miracle plan and one-on-one hemp. She is a certified, like, I don't know all the terminology, but she's been doing it forever and she's going to do a yoga. And her yoga class is a, it's going to be online.

She might have to be kind of brought in and you know, like when you do the video or the interview, and then you bring her. Yeah, she just got signed. I guess I can't tell you, but she's just signing another huge, crazy contract.
She does all these announcing things. So her schedule is a little hairy, but we're definitely going to get her involved one way or the other. Uh, she was actually hanging out with my wife last night for new year's Eve and, uh, she lives up in Oregon now, but she's got all, she works for ESPN and she's working for some other companies.
And so her schedule is really, really crazy, but we're definitely going to get her involved and she's got a new book. Uh, to, to get introduced to this audience as well. So we'll be going down deeper on some of these pillars in the next couple of weeks, and then the show's on.

He is going to go way down the rabbit hole. Uh, as far as this is the mind blowing stuff that changed my family's life. My son. When we started looking at cannabis, hemp, whatever you want to call it as a dietary essential, he's going to come on and really get into the nitty gritty and have just break your, this earth shattering breakthrough news that people, everyone around [00:19:00] the world should know.
For those of you that don't know that before 1937, we actually fed hemp to livestock and we were getting cannabinoids through livestock, whether it was milk and dairy and eggs or meat, and one egg of a chicken that was eating hemp. Could have 120 cannabinoids, 120 milligrams of CBD in it. And so when they stopped Americans from being able to grow hemp in 1937, it took hemp out of our diet.
And unfortunately it's had huge ramifications along with everything else that's gone in this much more toxic world that we've lived in. And now we are re-introducing hemp, whether it's a sublingual oil or whether it's a topical, just like you rub. Aloe Vera for a sunburn, we're going to start, you know, helping people realize that the best anti-inflammatory on the planet is actually that same hemp plant that we were always thought of for paper and rope and Texas.
But in fact it's the best anti-inflammatory on the planet. And with that is why we're putting on this event to [00:20:00] teach people more and more and more about what we already know. I mean, this is, this is new stuff. Look, they're not teaching this stuff to doctors. Unfortunately. Um, after maybe five years from now, I know some colleges and universities accredited or teaching this and are actually teaching doctors.

I mean, these are it. Isn't rocket science, but we need to make sure. That we're kind of reminding ourselves about these kinds of things. And I just can't wait to share this wonderful information with everybody. You're going to hear things, like I said, you won't hear anywhere else. I guarantee you that.
