I'm excited to share these secrets that, you know, this crazy world that we live in, which is, so exciting and fun and wild. But, you know, AI is a thing and we're all using it. And how do we use it best to leverage our businesses? How do we use it best to really look for that exponential multiplier? So that's really what we're going to talk about today. I've dedicated, like I said, the last over 30 years of my life to these types of ventures. that we're talking about. Your fortune truly is in the follow-up. So as you can see here, your fortune is in the follow-up that you're not doing. And who's this for? This is for business owner, coaches, consultants, sitting on a goldmine of $10,000 deals, but you have no idea. So we're going to get into exactly how that goes. Like I said, my name is Justin Benton, the owner, founder of the company Convert High Ticket, and we'll show my industry experience. And in all my conversation, I wear a limitless, which also is a AI device that's recording that I can interact with and talk with. These are such powerful tools. First thing we're going to do is we're going to look at your list. And we always have more people than we think, whether it's connections on LinkedIn that we can get all that contact information. There's obviously your email list or text list. There's buyers. That's a list. There's people that have opted in. Those are leads. There's tire kickers, you know, people that maybe have gone to something but didn't buy, maybe gone to your website and bounced, you know, making sure there's automation and things like abandoned cart is up and running really well. All of these, these automation AI secrets that can be done with the click of a button if you know what you're doing. And that's all part of the system that I've figured out over these past, like I said, last, I've been doing this for 30 years plus, but the last four or five years, the technology, the automation, the AI, the blending, the hybrid has really just gone banana pants, as my friend Eileen likes to say. And then of course, our past buyers, the hardest thing to do is to get Empire. And it's simple, we also focus on getting those current buyers to either buy more frequently or to spend more money with you. And there's lots of cool things we do, including good old direct mail, and not just advertisements, but sending them cool welcome boxes and helping them really be on a journey with you and moving up your value ladder. Consistency is the key. 94% of sales comes from follow-up. 94% of sales come from follow-up. Let that sink in. Follow-up. The fortune is in the follow-up that you're not doing. Most never follow up more than once or twice. We've seen in sales industry standards over the years is that the average salesperson talks to someone, I believe it's between 1.5 and 2.5 times. So let's just say two times, two, two and a half times is the most that someone will follow up with the lead on average. So if you're doing more than that, great. But the numbers also show that the sale has happened after the 17th, 18th, 19th touchpoint. So if you're not having automation and AI speak in your voice, email, texting, voice AI, which is my new favorite thing, is to have the AI call out with all of your information in a great voice that sounds like a human. We let them know that it's not a human, but it can answer questions better than just, probably even better than you can. Believe it or not, especially when you're feeding it the data, you're giving it all of these AI recordings, you're giving it all the transcripts, you're giving it all of your books and your podcasts and your blogs and your website. And it's just amazing. It's called machine learning. And it's focused on what we give it. And it's just such an exciting time. Again, it's automation at work. We use AI to sort segment and engage automatically. Again, we're gonna be focusing on a pre-frame, which equals pre-sold. We're really focusing on nurturing, right? So if someone has walked on the lot, like they used to say when they're buying a car, we know that they came here for a reason. We know that they wanted a car, right? Or we know that they wanted help with something that you could help them with. And so now we have identified them, whether it's through an abandoned cart sequence, whether it's through there's IP technology out there that we can capture contact details from someone who just bounces from your website, make sure that's in place. We can even send emails to those people that literally just went to your website, didn't put anything in and left. We could send a voice AI if someone started to fill out some information, a name, an address, a phone number. but didn't fill out the credit card information, we can call them immediately with AI, get them talking, get them seeing where they are. Maybe there was confusion, maybe they got busy. And if we need to, we can reroute them to a human to help them finish the transaction. All of these things are available to us now. And I want to help you make sure, number one, you're doing it. And if these are new ideas or new concepts, or even if it's something you've heard before, it's even worse, right? It hurts in the soul, right? In the pit of your stomach, you're like, I should be doing that. I've heard that. Why aren't I doing it? Good news is if it's the first time you're hearing this, then great. Now it's time for you to do something about it. Again, the winning formula is authority, curiosity and booked call. So obviously you're the authority. We will do everything we can to continue to make you the authority with your voice, how you speak, how you portray yourself, how does your website, what is your messaging? You know, what are your testimonials? Who are the people you've worked with? Curiosity, you know, killed the cat and that's always what we want to do. We don't want to leave a voicemail or send an email or, or do something that tells them everything that we're calling about. The goal is to either get them to read the email or call you back, and Curiosity with open-ended loops will do that. And ultimately, when it comes to high ticket sales, the best way to convert is one-on-one booked calls, be that Zoom or be that on the phone. I'm old school, so I like the phone, but I do see the advantages of Zoom, and it's really up to the client, whatever they're most comfortable with. It's funny when I give people the option to talk, whether it's on the phone or Zoom, they're kind of like, oh, yeah, I guess we can talk on the phone again. It's OK. We can talk on the phone again. All right. So next after that is AI-powered messaging. Like I said, we build a model with all the transcripts and the wearable AI and everything that you're doing. And we're making sure that the model is being built. We can even have it sound like you if you'd like. But really, what's most important is that it thinks like you and can allow you to scale exponentially. Meaning if you were to get 1000 leads tomorrow of people that walked on the lot, raise their hand and said, Hey, I'm interested in your product. and you don't have the manpower, you don't have the people there to field that type of explosion of questions, with AI, you can. Whether it's a chat robot that is talking with the person, whether it's automated emails that are responding, whether it's automated texts that's responding, whether it's automated voice that's responding, All of these things qualifying, nurturing these folks that have walked on the lot, showing interest. That's the exciting thing about this time. And so if you're not doing it, don't feel bad. Just know that it's available for you. And we're happy to answer any questions. And then ready to buy, that's what we want with the nurturing, with the answering of the questions, warmed up the leads, pre-sold on our calendar. We're really focusing on booking calls, having those one-on-one conversations so that person can sign up if they are the right fit. All right, and next slide. We have closed high ticket without lifting a finger. I love this picture. Look at that cool robot. Gold, of course. And the dude in the back chilling. It looks like either Chicago or New York. You know, closed high ticket without lifting a finger. That's really the key here, right? We can use automation. We can train the model. And the only thing that we need, the only thing that we're truly needed for right now as humans is to make sure that we're training the model and it's answering questions the way we want it to. So we're constantly, you know, overseeing it and adding more data and testing it. But at the end of the day, the only thing that we really need to be useful for, for sure, when it comes to high ticket sales is that a human does need to take the credit card. Right now, it's not legal for AI to do everything. So if there are questions and those final little nudges, sometimes people are just going to want to talk to a human before expending $5,000, $10,000, $25,000. So we're still needed. Now, five years from now, no guarantees. So definitely, we want to make sure that we're being of full value. And right now, it's the combination of AI and humans. And that's what we're talking about today. Again, AI handles all outbound calls, DMs, emails, and follow-up. The sales team, our sales team that we have, that we also will use and help becomes your sales team. They take the pre-qualified calls on the calendar, and then we convert those cold leads.
